Leadersmark™ - Overview
LeadersmarkTM is a web-based training course designed for first-time leaders, managers or supervisors. It can also be used as refresher training for current leaders. The program is designed to help participants develop or improve the necessary skills to become effective leaders.
Medium:
- Internet, plus on-site support from the leaders' managers.
- Individuals moving into a leadership or management position for the first time
- Individuals preparing to assume leadership responsibilities
- Managers or supervisors already performing leadership roles, who have not received formal training
- 8 to 11 hours.
- Through the various bookmarking options available, the learner controls the amount of time they spend working through the on-line exercises.
- 3 modules, 23 topics available -- each topic can be completed in 20 to 30 minutes.
