Group Reports - Overview
Organizations using LRI's AccuVision assessment technology frequently seek to aggregate individual assessments to profile one or more groups. While this profiling can be done locally, when the group is large, Group Reports are an efficient tool for aggregating data.
LRI Group reports are structured to provide:
Skill Ratings and Ranks - This section provides two types of information: it rank orders for the group their skill levels and it indicates if the group performed (in comparison with our database) at an above-, below-or average level. The section helps organizations determine where training is most needed for the group.
Frequency Tables - This section provides specific data on what percentages of the group scored at different levels of effectiveness. Information may also be provided regarding how well individuals scored on modules that comprise an assessment system.
Information may also be provided on EEOC categories of age, gender and race.
Developmental Needs - This section identifies areas where more than 50% of the participants needed development. Developmental strategies for each area are identified.
